We have been requested to assist in the sourcing of an experienced Finance professional that has worked (ideally) on a previous ERP Program of work. 12mth fixed term opportunity in Sydney - $207,500 (total package - base + Super)

The Finance Program Business Lead is an SME in Finance Business Policies, Processes and Requirements.

The Finance Program Business Lead has active responsibilities in ensuring the voice of the end-user is present in the design and day-to-day management of the ERP program.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Advanced knowledge of end-to-end Finance business processes and Finance system design / implementation
- Practical understanding of a Finance function and leading ERP solutions
- An understanding of cross functional processes IT, People, Faculties / Divisions that connect with Finance processes
- A sound understanding Chart of Account design and system and data migration requirements for ERP implementation
- Advanced senior stakeholder management skills, in particular a strong capability to collaborate, drive deliverable review and approval outcomes in a complex stakeholder landscape for a large-scale ERP Program
- Excellent interpersonal skills including a proven ability to motivate, influence, persuade and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels within the University on program related matters (including superior skills in managing complex stakeholder interests and expectations)
- Advanced organisational change management skills and the ability to act as a Change Champion for a large-scale transformation program in Finance
- Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate, translate and interpret business needs and evaluate solutions to meet them including up and downstream impact analysis

**Experience**
- Extensive experience in Finance, including experience in a management or leadership role.
- Broad exposure and experience of key capabilities in the Finance landscape, including Finance strategy, end to end finance processes, budgeting & forecasting, record to report, order to cash, procurement, asset management and chart of accounts etc
- Demonstrated track record of advanced senior stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven success in delivering finance system transformation projects is essential
- A commercial and analytical mindset with a demonstrated ability to solve new and technically challenging problems, either independently or as part of a team
- Strong experience within a Finance Unit that operates under a decentralised / Shared Service operating model is preferred

- Previous experience with multiple complex ERP systems implementations preferred (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Workday)
- Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in in Finance / Accounting /or extensive relevant experience
- CA / CPA qualified is preferred
