Our client is a fantastic Accounting practice, located in Kew. They are looking for a Client Services / ASIC Coordinator to support the broader Accounting team.

**Duties**:

- General Administrative duties
- Lodging Tax returns
- Liaising with Clients, the ATO, and external parties
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Using the APS Database, CAS, ATO and ASIC
- Preparing and lodging ASIC forms
- Collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Preparing letters associated with these
- Assisting with Debtors
- Preparation and collation of Year End Report/Covering Letter/Documents to be signed/ Invoice using information provided by the accountant
- Preparing invoices/billing
- Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
