MacGregor State High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Administration Officer to join our team. This role will have a primary focus on supporting Enrolments at MacGregor SHS.
**About the Role**:
As the Administration Officer (Enrolments) you will have responsibility for (but not limited to) the following:

- Reception & Customer service
- Maintain student administration systems, review and enter enrolment data
- Schedule and coordinate enrolment interviews
- Coordinate enrolment fees (liaise with Accounts Receivable)
- Process enrolments in Oneschool
- Monitor enrolment wait list and liaise with executive team for enrolment interview
- Promote and Liaise with families about school enrolment and scholarship programs
- Orientation and open day coordination
- Meet and greet new enrolment families
- Q-Parents administrator
- Oneschool data collection validation reports
- Archiving and storage of student records
- Visit ECEC's & Primary Schools in area
- Activation of new students & exiting of left students
- Respond to student and parent enquiries and provide information and accurate advice in line with school policies
