**The Role**
The Defence Secure Mobility Team is seeking an experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to oversee the continued sustainment of Secret Mobility capabilities for Defence. This role is ideal for someone with a can-do approach, with a strong understanding of mobile ICT systems, history of problem solving and enjoys working in a secure dynamic fast-paced public sector environment.
The role is responsible for managing:
- Overseeing the Sustainment of Secure Mobility capability and providing ongoing governance and assurance to keep system operational;
- Vendor and stakeholder relationships and expectations to support the current SLAs.
- Investigation and diagnosis of incidents and problems, evaluating root cause and making recommendations for service improvements.
- Performance metrics for SLAs, ongoing monitoring, analysis, and recommend innovative ways to continuously improve the user experience.
- Identification, mapping and documenting of end-to-end support services and processes.
- The role will also work closely with the Secure Mobility Program Manager to support the on boarding of any enhancements to existing Secure Mobility Capability and the relevant Change Management processes.
**About our Team**
You need to:
- Work across a broad range of niche to large projects, IT System and Infrastructure projects, simultaneously.
- Demonstrate experience in the sustainment of complex IT projects and infrastructure projects, implementing significant business change and IT solutions.
- Understand requirements management, change management and defect management.
- Build and sustain relationships, liaise with a range of stakeholders including other teams, peers and colleagues across Defence and other organisations.
- Have experience in maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, suppliers as well as internal and external stakeholders, including conflict resolution and managing expectations.
- You will to have or the ability to gain and maintain NV2 security clearance.
