Workforce International are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our clients site based team located in Cessnock starting the 17th of April.
Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys working in a fast paced, site based environment. As the** Site Administrator **you will work collaboratively with the site team as well as with other internal and external stakeholders as necessary. The site Administrator is also responsible for:
- Maintaining records and general data entry
- Ensuring contractor compliance
- Any and all other general administration duties as required
**About the role**:
- $32-35 p/h based on experience
- Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm, however the hours and days are flexible
- 20 hours minimum per week
- Previous administration experience
- Professional interpersonal and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work apart of a team and autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
