In any one day at Fonda, our Team Leaders will run both the front & back of house service. With swift decision-making skills and adept problem solving capabilities, Fondarians (what we are affectionately known as) ensure all daily procedures are fulfilled. Team Leaders create an environment where our people band together to be able to genuinely connect.

We hold each other equally accountable for treating our guests as if they were guests in their own home.

**Requirements**:

- Creating an ambient, best-possible dining experience across entire restaurant
- Adhering to Fonda's processes and procedures, including stock rotation
- Championing the quality of food you serve/aiming to always serve food to safety & hygiene standards
- Prepping and serving quality ingredients in the kitchen with speed and efficiency
- Cleaning duties, including closing of the kitchen procedures
- Leading a fast-paced, fun and casual but systematic team
- Guiding the day-to-day operations of the business, including opening and closing the restaurant
- Driving sales, guest experience, COGS, labour goals for your restaurant whilst leading your shift
- This role will see you working across FOH and BOH

**What's Next?**

Our roles are permanent part-time. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends.

Applicants must have (and be able to maintain) full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
