Payroll Officer role available in Brisbane City. Offered on 4 or 5 full days per week.
**Your new company**:
A national company that operates across various sectors is seeking an experienced and talented Payroll Officer to join their team. This full-time permanent position will be based in their Brisbane CBD head offices which are located close to public transport connections.
**Your new role**:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will support the team with the following:
- Setting up new employees on the payroll system
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly pays across various entities
- Liaising with employees and managers regarding payroll queries
- Interpreting awards / EBA’s
- Support the Payroll Manager with payroll reconciliations and reporting
**What you’ll need to succeed**:
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous end to end payroll experience
- Ability to interpret contracts and employment agreements
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
- An eye for detail and accuracy of payroll data
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
