Payroll Officer role available in Brisbane's northside - Leading Not for Profit organisation
**Your new company**
This leading Not for Profit organisation that supports the community are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 3-months approximately with potential extension available. The position will be based in their Brisbane northside offices which offers on-site car parking and some WFH once settled into the role.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Employee file maintenance
- Assisting with fortnightly payroll processing
- Assisting with payroll reports
- Interpret various awards and EBAs
- Assist employees and department managers with any payroll queries
**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience working in an end to end payroll position in a medium to high pay environment
- Experience working on multiple payroll systems
- Strong award and EBA knowledge
- Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment
- Exceptional communication skills and natural ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
