With two brand-new stores opening in **Surfers Paradise** and **Broadbeach** this November & December we’re looking for legends to help us make dessert the most fun part of the day.

**We’re hiring**:

- **Store Managers** - keep the swirl spinning, lead the team, and bring the Goo-E vibe to life.

**What we’re looking for in a Store Manager**:

- People who thrive in a **fun, high-energy** environment.
- Customer service legends who can make every guest feel like the main character.
- Hospitality or retail management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- A hands-on approach - you’re not afraid to jump in
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work a variety of day and evening shifts where required
- Drive daily operations, ensuring high standards in service, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage rosters, stock, and budgets to keep the store running smoothly
- Deliver sales growth and hit KPIs while keeping things fun and vibrant
- Champion our culture, making the store a place both staff and customers love
