Our clinics across Sydney are now seeking multiple enthusiastic and talented medical reception professionals to join the team. These are genuine ongoing opportunities to work with a fantastic team who continue to develop their operations to achieve outstanding success.
Locations include
- Five Dock
- North Sydney
- Ashfield
- Miranda
- Western Sydney

What will you be doing?
This is a busy dynamic environment of regular change that will enable you to work and support patients and the wider healthcare team in our clinics.

When and where will you do it?
Our reception operates 06:30am to 08:30pm, Monday-Friday with all staff expected to be flexible to work rotating rosters. All the clinics are based in central locations which offers accessible transport links as well as some parking facilities.
You will be given Induction training upon commencement and additional on the floor support, monitoring and ongoing coaching, feedback and development.

What are we seeking?
- Experience in providing quality customer experience in a reception (medical preferable) or high volume, complex customer service environment
- A pledge to your own performance and commitment to giving quality customer service
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong team skills
- Good PC and systems skills
- A positive customer focused attitude
- The willingness to receive and act on feedback
- High levels of resilience and the ability to work autonomously
- A self motivated, reliable and conscientious approach to your work

How do you apply?

Covid-19 Vaccination Policy
I-MED has a policy which requires all I-MED staff to be vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 unless they have a valid medical exemption, however each state may have applicable Public Health Orders withadditional requirements, and this will be discussed during the interview process.
