THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Engineering Co-ordination Manager this 12-month fixed term position requires a proactive, motivated professional to provide administrative support to the engineering teams and project management teams nationally.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Act as key contact for existing conditions report requirements.
- Allocate resources, create graphs and submit reports in required format.
- Administer assignments and priorities and liaise with the relevant team leaders to ensure work allocation to engineers and project managers across all disciplines.
- Maintain, update and issue trackers and spreadsheets with project dates and changes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure works are followed up and maintain/file documents at project completion.
- Manage all debtor related activities - raise orders, approve payments and invoice.
- Identifying risks and driving activities to mitigate them.
- Provide reporting analysis to City Engineering Team.
- Communicate information between stakeholders.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- Cert IV / Diploma in Business Administration - Preferred.
- 3 years of administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel.
- Excellent communication (written and spoken) skills.
