We are looking for an energetic and approachable team member who has a genuine passion for desserts, food and coffee for Royal Copenhagen in Ed Square (Edmondson Park).

Our Café Dessert bar runs 7 Days a week. 12:00M to 10.30PM Mon - Thurs, 11AM to Mid Night Fri to Sat and 11AM to 10.30PM Sun.

To be a successful applicant you must have;
- Passion to deliver exceptional customer service
- The ability to manage a business independently and operate autonomously whilst following the current business strategic plan and identity.
- Barista experience and food management experience.
- A willingness to work hands-on in the business and shoulder to shoulder with the team
- Proven success in managing a café and or food business
- Growing sales by providing top customer experiences
- Experience in work health safety matters.
- Food Safety supervisor certificate.
- Training staff to the Company standards
- Assisting in all areas of the store
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver the best service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21.04 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
