**About the Role**:
This full-time position offers a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about dental assisting, patient care, and team collaboration. You’ll play a crucial role in our daily operations and directly impact our patient experience. You will be involved in a variety of duties, including chairside assisting, sterilisation, patient communication, and assisting with the workflow of our busy practice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Chairside assistance and patient support
- Maintaining steri and clinical equipment
- Reception duties, including using HICAPS (training provided)
- Excellent patient communication and a caring, friendly personality
- Multitasking and prioritising in a fast-paced environment
- Working well as part of a small team
- Willingness to learn and undertake further training
- Efficient computer skills
- Professional presentation and etiquette

**Requirements**:

- Full-time availability (38-hour week)
- Experience at reception and using HICAPS (preferred, but can be trained)
- Previous experience in customer service or dental reception (preferred)
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

**Remuneration**:

- Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time (10-hour or 8-hour shifts)
- Flexible schedule available

**Location**:

- Tarneit, VIC 3029 (reliable commute or relocation required)
