Our Boys' Primary School is currently looking for an exceptional Learning Enhancement Teacher to commence Term 2 2025. This is a **permanent, part-time** position.

**About the role**:

- Collaborating in the development, preparation and maintenance of appropriate teaching resources and learning materials.
- Providing regular, timely and positive feedback to each student on their progress.
- Maintaining an understanding of, and developing responses to, the special learning needs of all students.
- Participating in Professional Learning to increase professional knowledge, strengthen teaching effectiveness and improve outcomes for students.
- Conducting Evidence Based Interventions.
- Using a variety of relevant and appropriate assessment and evaluation techniques to regularly assess student progress.
- Developing and maintaining effective professional partnerships with colleagues.
- Being an active member of the Yeshivah College National Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) Team, including gathering data, engaging in moderation of evidence collected and ongoing training to support the school’s census collection.

**About You**:

- Current VIT registration required.
- Resilience, empathy and patience in approach to teaching.
- Excellent communication skills and flexible on tailoring to varying student needs.
- Experience in Learning Enhancement in a classroom setting.
- Understanding of the science of reading, ability to differentiate, create and implement an IEP.
- Completion of a Masters in Special Education or equivalent.
