**Position Overview**

**Key** **Responsibilities**
- Provide individual support to clients in the community and/or at home.
- Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household support.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and community programs.
- Foster independence, inclusion, and well-being for clients.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Follow care plans and company policies to ensure client safety and quality service delivery.

**Essential Requirements**
- Female (for client preference and care needs).
- Previous experience in community support work or a related role.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if required.
- Valid Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Community Services, or equivalent) - highly regarded.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $36.00 - $41.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Driving licence (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
