**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated Bottle Shop Manager to lead our team and oversee all operations of our bottle shop.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the day to day management of the store is undertaken effectively and efficiently.
- Stock management - including ordering, rotation and stocktaking.
- Merchandising, stock displays and store presentation.
- Maintaining a strong GP% and positive growth in sales.
- Promotion organisation and compliance.
- Communicate knowledge of liquor products to customers and team members.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Loading and unloading of stock along with stocking shelves and general cleaning.

**You should have**:

- Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of liquor products and industry trends is an advantage.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
