APM has secured new business with the Transition to Work contract and we are now seeking anyone interested in making a real difference to the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker in our Moruya office.

As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focused approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.
