**The role**:
As a Team Leader your focus will be to manage Eurobodalla Youth Homelessness Support Service (EYHSS) team and all aspects of the EYHSS program including the Homelessness Youth Assistance Program (HYAP) to ensure they achieve the best outcomes for our clients, funding bodies and stakeholders whilst also contributing to the sustainability and growth of Campbell Page.

**Skills and Experiences**:
What do you need to thrive and succeed within this role?

Minimum Diploma in Youth Work or similar Community Service discipline
Experience in case management with Strengths, trauma informed based framework
Experience working with young people and has knowledge of issues relating to young people and their families
Current First Aid Certificate & Current (WWCC) Working with Children Check

**We’re looking for someone who**:
Business operations and reporting knowledge
High level ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
Possesses a Solid understanding of legislative standards e.g. EEO, Privacy, WHS etc
Has experience in problem solving and negotiating solutions and has excellent computer skills
Has a Full Drivers Licence

Ideally, we are looking for someone who has previous years’ experience in Community Services with experience performing in a management role.
