We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Finance and Administration Assistant to join our small, dynamic, fun and dedicated team based in Unley.

**The Role**:
With the opportunity to grow within the company; we are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and a high level of interpersonal skills.

As a Finance & Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

- Processing transactions and assisting with reconciliations in MYOB
- Accounts Payable and Receivables
- Payroll for a small team and associated reporting
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports
- General administration duties and ad-hoc tasks
- Supporting the Operations Manager and Finance Manager with tasks as requested

**Must Haves**:

- Minimum of 1-year proven experience in a similar position
- Experience with MYOB
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-motivation, drive and initiative

Certificate IV or higher in Book-Keeping / Accounting is highly desirable.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
