Lonsdale, Australia Stratco Full time

We currently have a **full-time opportunity** available in our **Retail Sales & Design Team,**based at our Home Improvement Store in **Lonsdale**. This position involves greeting customers, designing and selling of Stratco products, answering questions, stocking shelves, maintaining displays and assisting with general store maintenance.

This is a **full-time, casual rostered position including Saturday shifts**. The store is open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

- Providing excellent customer service and selling goods
- Recommending products and helping customers find what they need
- Guiding customers through the design process
- Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed, maintaining store stock levels
- Collaborating with other team members to keep the store running smoothly
- General housekeeping to ensure our store is always presentable
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, ensuring a safe working environment

**ABOUT YOU**

- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Driven to meet KPIs and sales targets
- Desire to learn Stratco products and industry
- Experience within a similar environment (retail or sales)
- Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy
- Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process
- Previous design consulting or building experience highly desirable, but not necessary (CAD skills an advantage)
