**Client Profile**

An exciting opportunity to manage and lead a popular Brunswick East Venue. This venue only recently opened in mid 2021, has generated significant following, and has been firmly established as a favourite for locals and experience hunters alike.

As Front of House Manager you will be responsible for the running of this busy popular venue. Effectively overseeing an experienced team, you will keep this relatively new business on an upward trajectory and help secure the venues reputation as the go to place in the area. You will also be responsible for the financial and non-financial targets, recruit and train any new staff, and as a hands on operator be the highly energetic ambassador of the business.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably 2 years
- A well-presented and professional demeanour
- Customer centric approach, capable of comfortably engaging with guests and promoting regular trade
- Hands on management style and a high degree of stamina
- Strong financial knowledge with a focus on beverage COGs and labour cost management
- A comprehensive knowledge of beverages and bar operations
- Experience with recruiting, onboarding and training
- Strong teamwork and effective leadership capabilities
- Prior experience in menu development and strong relationships with the back of house team
