**1. Manager - FOH Staff**

[Job Description]
- Oversee and manage daily front-of-house (FOH) operations to ensure smooth service
- Lead, train, and supervise FOH staff to maintain exceptional hospitality standards
- Handle opening and closing procedures
- Manage staff rosters, timesheets, and shift allocations
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation
- Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving guest inquiries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
- Collaborate with the kitchen and senior management to improve overall service and efficiency

[Requirements]
- Proven experience as an FOH Manager
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Valid RSA certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
- Availability for full-time hours, including evenings and weekends
