Beaumont People are currently recruiting two fantastic roles in Sydney, supporting an established charity in their events team on an ongoing temporary/contract basis. This is a wonderful opportunity for those seeking the opportunity to be a part of an organisation that has a positive impact on the community.

**Roles available**:

- Full time Events Administrator
- Full time Events Coordinator (1-2 years experience)

**Responsibilities include but aren't limited too**:

- Providing administrative support for national and interstate conferences and events
- Liaise with suppliers and venues
- Manage multiple event RSVP's
- Collate and update multiple data spreadsheets accurately and regularly using excel
- Provide administrative event logistics support
- Fostering relationships with members, stakeholders and organisations

**About you**:

- Have Events experience and able to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running
- Have experience in supporting an event from start to finish
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Experience in EventsAir highly desirable
- Immediately available
