The Role:
We are seeking a experienced** Full Time Control Room Operator **who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills and are passionate about the security industry with a strong desire to make a difference. This position is to commence ASAP and is **paid based on Security Service Award, Grade 4**. **this position is an immediate start**

Weekend Penalty rates apply

You will be responsible for providing security service at our premiere retail site: Melbourne Central Shopping Centre, supporting all the establishments' tenants, guests and visitors. Services include but are not limited to; building key tenant familiarization and relationships, managing access, responding in a timely manner to client requests, ensuring the safety and security for the site, managing emergency situations and demonstrated pro-active security awareness.

**Please be advised this role requires Full Working Rights In Australia.**

Work hours are as follows:
**ROTATING ROSTER**

Week 1: Monday to Thursday - Day Shift

Week 2:Tuesday to Friday - Night shift

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and respond to situations of risk or hazard.
- Access control and monitoring CCTV, Alarm systems
- Incident report writing and data logs.
- Site safety and monitoring
- Interact with various stakeholders including client representatives, building and facilities management, contractors, emergency services, employees, and the general public.
- Monitor Access control, alarm control, and CCTV to detect any security breaches or incidents.
- Risk identification, incident response, and issue resolution.
- Incident report writing and data logs.

**To be considered for an opportunity with Assetlink Services, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the skills, experience & appropriate certification within the following areas**:

- **Current VIC Security License including Monitoring**:

- Current First Aid certificate including CPR
- Impeccable presentation
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including days & nights.
- Great communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience in Milestone CCTV system an advantage.
- Proficient in the use of BMS & EWIS systems.
- Retail environment experience is essential.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
