**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced leader looking for an exciting and challenging role of leading a new centre in the Perth far north suburbs.

**Duties include**:

- Provide leadership, guidance and inspiration to your team
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality educational program based on the Buttercups Pedagogy Standards
- Build positive and collaborative partnerships with families and the community
- Participate in the set-up, organisation and staff recruitment of a new centre
- Oversee daily operations of the centre
- Ensure compliance is maintained at the highest standards
- Promote children’s well-being and provide a safe and secure environment for children and families
- Create a workplace environment that is fun, supportive and welcoming for staff

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor of Education or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a Centre Manager or 2IC role with proven leadership and operational expertise.
- A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Education and Care Regulations is essential.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Knowledge of CCS compliance and experience in navigating CCS software (Xplor and OWNA highly regarded).
- Current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance.
