We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team based in Seven Hills. If you are someone who has an interest in the Civil & Infrastructure Industry, is a passionate recruiter and interested in working in a collaborative energetic environment - this could be a good fit for you.

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum 12 months experience in a recruitment role
- Interested in working / learning Civil, infrastructure & Asphalt industries
- Ability to work both in a team environment & independently
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Demonstrated knowledge & experience in recruitment systems
- Ability to work well under pressure & to set deadlines

**About the Role**:
This role will see you take on responsibilities including:

- Adherence to Quality & Safety compliance
- Supporting new and existing clients through quality placements & service
- Managing job advertisements to attract talent
- Database upkeep and administration duties as required
- Proactively build talent pools and pipelines

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Seven Hills, NSW 2147: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
