**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Work closely with various stakeholders from across the Department to gather and collate information from various sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate records.
- Provide timely, high quality, detailed, reliable, accurate and appropriate briefings and advice to support and facilitate the preparation of reports, replies, briefings and other documents.
- Design, develop and maintain records and reporting such as PowerBI dashboards, using systems including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Power Platform, or other software.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships and effective communication with relevant internal and external stakeholders to provide timely, accurate, quality advice.
- Manage a range of administration processes across the audit program and provide support to the Senior VAGO Performance Auditor.

- A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
