Sarina Russo Apprenticeship is seeking a result driven, motivated and energetic person to join our Australian Apprenticeship Support Network team. We work closely with employers, Apprentices and the community to create opportunities, increase uptake and provide support throughout the Apprenticeship lifecycle.

We are currently looking for a Full time Youth Engagement Officer to join our team working across Canberra.

**The Job**
- Support eligible Secondary students into School Based Apprenticeships
- Develop strong partnerships with Business to facilitate School Based Apprenticeship opportunities
- Provide comprehensive, accurate information to Australian Apprentices, employers and other Stakeholders and interested parties
- Marketing and promoting Sarina Russo Apprenticeships and the Sarina Russo Groups services to schools and RTOs
- Develop relationships and support strategies for schools, Cluster Coordinators, Education VET Coordinators, Job Pathway Providers, AAAP Providers and other stake holders
- Utilising your strong understanding of the local employment market and working proactively with key stakeholders to identify opportunities that will grow the market in your region

**The Right Person**
- An understanding of Australian Apprenticeships & Traineeships (AASN experience) viewed favourably
- Excellent presentation and customer service skills
- A current driver's license and a willingness to travel throughout your region
- A proven sales track record and the ability to meet targets
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Experience and network within the Youth Apprenticeships Industry highly regarded
