About the opportunity

We are seeking an Allocations Officer to join our growing team. The role of the allocations officer is integral to ensuring appropriate staffing levels across all clinical areas at Werribee mercy Hospital. You will be required to liaise with wards and clinical areas to ascertain staffing requirements and forward planning for the period ahead. Part-time position with weekend shifts- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)- Excellent organisational skills- Customer focused attitude- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.- Ability to work as a team.- A practical approach to problem solving, troubleshooting and decision making
