**Job Description**:
Drive the creative direction, messaging, and campaign strategy for Deaf Lottery marketing while coordinating impactful campaigns that support community outcomes.
Deaf Connect is looking for a creative, organised Campaign Coordinator to help shape and deliver engaging lottery marketing campaigns. This role supports the Marketing Manager in driving business performance and community outcomes through effective campaigns, content, and collaboration.
We’re offering a full-time, flexible opportunity based in any of our offices — Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth. Our hybrid model supports balance, with core in-office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
**About the role**:
As the Campaign Coordinator - Lottery you’ll play a key part in developing and delivering the Deaf Lottery’s marketing strategy. You’ll manage the creative direction, messaging, and campaign structure for the Deaf Lottery, working closely with an external graphic designer to bring campaigns to life.
You’ll also support other Deaf Connect programs and services, helping ensure marketing efforts align across the organisation. This role sits within a team committed to quality, continuous improvement, and clear community impact.
**Main responsibilities of the role include**:
Coordinate and implement agreed marketing plans, with a primary focus on Deaf Lottery campaigns.
Lead the development of creative assets, messaging, and campaign structures for the Deaf Lottery.
Manage the relationship with external graphic designers, ensuring timely delivery of quality creative materials.
Participate in campaign analysis, tracking, and reporting across all channels.
Maintain and improve marketing systems, tools, and resources.
**About you**:
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, ideally in a fundraising or lottery environment.
Strong skills in campaign messaging, creative direction, and content planning.
Confident in managing external creative partners and designers.
A team player with great attention to detail and commitment to community outcomes
