Reporting to the Accommodation Services Manager, the Supported Living Options (SLO) Manager is responsible for the operational management of and clinical governance of Supported Living Options (SLO) programs. These services focus on young people and adults with complex support needs related to dual diagnosis, behaviours of concern, high physical support or interaction with multiple service systems. ONCALL’s approach will concentrate on building the person’s capacity and achieving long-term goals. **In this role you can expect**: Leadership responsibility for ensuring SLO service delivery is provided in accordance with the Strategic Plan, policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and industry standards. To manage direct reports and teams to ensure service delivery expectations (including After-hours Service) are met, that feedback/incident mgt/reporting is actioned in line with agreed timetables, and that continuous improvement is identified and implemented. To work collaboratively with all teams/families/guardians/external stakeholders, in delivering complex and tailored individual support services. To oversee clinical practice and governance leading the provision of clinically informed practice advice; and that service delivery is aligned to legislative requirements, NDIS rules and regulations, and ONCALL Policies and Procedures. To ensure all SIL properties meet ONCALL and Industry compliance. To oversee Supervision and staff performance review and development, to participate in internal committees and working groups; and to collaborate across other functions such as workforce planning and recruitment. To prepare monthly reports as scheduled or required, incorporating all key areas of SLO and covering services provided, documentation reviewed, audits and review, budgets and financial tracking, staffing, incident reporting, business development opportunities, and continuous improvements made. **We will value**: Tertiary qualifications in the Disability sector, and deep experience within the Specialist Disability Accommodation and NDIS sectors. Significant experience in a leadership position within a community services organisation. Highly developed stakeholder engagement/negotiation/advocacy skills, and proven communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, along with "big picture" thinking and a commitment to the active support model; and person-centred, individualised support.
