Our South Australian Asphalt Business is involved in many exciting ventures, providing asphalt services across all sectors of the civil construction industry.

An opportunity is available for an Engineering Manager to lead the project delivery team and take ownership of the portfolio of projects in South Australia. This position will be influential in building/ maintaining client relationships and will share accountability for financial and contractual performance as well as driving safety across the team.

**What you’ll bring**
- Qualifications in civil engineering, business management or a related discipline
- A demonstrable understanding in **delivering civil projects**:

- A successful track record of proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and developing new business opportunities
- A solid understanding of the preparation and negotiation processes relating to** tendering** and **contract negotiation**:

- Experienced in contract management
- A high degree of discipline in **interrogating financial performance** of projects and** claims management**:

- A proactive approach to **change management** with the capacity to lead, develop and **inspire teams**:

- Strong problem-solving skills
