**About The Opportunity**

Programmed Property Services is currently seeking a **Handyperson** to join our team. Working across the bayside suburbs, this is an opportunity to be part of an excellent team that provides general maintenance to Woodleigh schools. In this role, you will be responsible for completing grounds and maintenance through find and fix inspections.

Nature of position**:Full-Time**

Location**:Frankston**

Reporting line**:Project Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct any general trade work and preventative maintenance around the facility.
- Assist with any minor repairs such as painting, minor plastering & door hanging.
- Use of hand tools, machines, or power saws as required.
- Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe environment.

**About You**

To join our team, ideally you will have previous experience within the maintenance industry with a passion to provide quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have.
- Current driver’s license & white card
- Working with Childrens check
- Ability to use Smartphones and Ipads
- Demonstrate a professional approach and patience within an aged care facility
- Excellent customer service skills
- Execute work that is of a high standard
