Overview of Your Role

The Managing Partner role has ultimate responsibility for the agency’s relationship and performance across your client(s). They ensure that all recommendations and agency initiatives drive our clients’ business whilst generating a strong commercial return for Mindshare. They are the guardian of the relationship and have stakeholder engagement at the highest client level.

Reporting Lines

Reporting to : Managing Director, Sydney

Direct Reports: Foxtel Group client team (across Foxtel and Streamotion)
- Proven ability to shape and build a specific client growth plan and vision that galvanizes the team (both client and agency) around it.
- Ability to influence, guide and shape the team’s product, culture and build a strong local market profile.
- Should possess strong leadership, empowerment, and people skills with a good balance of EQ and IQ
- A team player as well as hands-on leader, leading the team from the front
- Able to deal with complex client business and challenges with great people and client management skills.
- Broad and deep media knowledge and a natural curiosity and passion for marketing and brands, digital and performance marketing, the power of data, identity (first party data, regulations).

The Skills
- Highly knowledgeable on the media agency operational process with at least 15 years of progressive experience
- Visionary and inspiring - we need to build the Mindshare proposition and inspire people to want to work for and with us.
- Comfortable with handling (upto) C-level clients and agency management
- Inspiring communicator with clear written and verbal communication skills
- Able to deliver excellent results consistently
