**Your Next Opportunity**

**Daimler Trucks Milperra** are seeking a service driven and hands-on **Parts Manager** to join our dealership. As the leader of our Parts department, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching a dedicated team of Parts Interpreters and Warehouse staff; proactively partnering with new and existing customers to enable long-term relationships; and effectively managing the day to day running of the department to achieve commercial outcomes.

**About the Role**:

- Actively provide coaching, mentoring and support to a team of Parts Interpreters and Warehouse staff
- Proactively partner with customers to resolve queries and issues, and engage with new customers to build long-term relationships
- Oversee department financials and drive business performance
- Promote and role model safe work practices and actively maintain a Zero Harm environment
- Collaborate with Service and Sales departments of the dealership to effectively manage customer relationships

**About You**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Parts within a dealership or retail environment
- Demonstrated experience in managing/ supervising and coaching team members
- Experience in developing plans or strategies to improve performance and deliver quality customer service
- Collaborative and solution driven work ethic, and the ability to influence/ maintain a positive working culture
