**Position Overview**

This position will be based in Sydney Australia.

MFT is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the growth of our brands within the Australian foodservice market. This high-impact role focuses on building strategic relationships, driving commercial success, and expanding market presence through our distributor network and key customer segments.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Growth & Strategy**
- Lead growth initiatives in collaboration with global and cross-functional teams.
- Execute Go-To-Market strategies and value-based selling to increase market share and penetration.
- Maintain a strong and active sales pipeline across all opportunity stages.

**Customer & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, franchisees, distributors, and supply chain partners.
- Represent MFT at franchise operator events to build influence and drive sales.
- Strengthen distributor and Approved Service Agent (ASA) networks.

**Market Intelligence & Innovation**
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities.
- Share insights to support product development and innovation.
- Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Excellence teams to deliver projects and support product launches.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**

Minimum 5 years in Key Account Management, ideally within the foodservice industry. Culinary training or familiarity with kitchen operations, food safety, and service standards is highly valued.
- **Education**

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with solid planning and presentation abilities.
- Commercial acumen with a strong grasp of P&L and financial reporting to support decision-making.
- Adaptable and proactive mindset, with a resilient “hunter” mentality.
- Proven problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on customer and market needs.
