Multiple APS6 Program Officer Position’s. 12-month contract in Federal Government.

**Your new company**
T his Government Agency is working to assist communities in times of disaster while also proofing Australia against future emergencies. Currently they have a need for high performing APS6 program officers to support the delivery high priority programs and policies.

**Your new role**
You will have the opportunity to design and deliver on social, environmental, and economic recovery and resilience programs, including development and implementation of grant programs. This is to support fellow Australian impacted by disasters and better prepare communities for future disasters, in the face of climate change.

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will be a high-performing individual with:

- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of grant program reporting and guideline development
- Work effectively under pressure and in a changing environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Sound understanding of disaster and climate management issues facing Australia

To be considered for this role you will need to be an Australian citizen and can obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance at the Baseline level or higher.
