**Position Overview: Product Development and Marketing Manager**
As the Product Development and Marketing Manager at Instatruck, you will be at the intersection of innovation and market strategy. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in both product development and marketing, who can drive cohesive strategies to propel Instatruck's growth on a national scale.

**Responsibilities**:

- Product Strategy and Development:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and evolve the product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and drive innovation in response to market needs.
- Marketing Strategy:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Craft compelling narratives and value propositions to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
- Go-to-Market Strategies:

- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure seamless coordination between product launches and marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
- User-Centric Approach:

- Champion a user-centric approach in both product development and marketing, ensuring the platform meets user needs and expectations.
- Utilise customer feedback and data insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and synergy in product and marketing efforts.
- Communicate product roadmaps, marketing strategies, and key milestones to internal stakeholders.
- Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Utilise data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in both product development and marketing roles, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, or related industries.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
