**What you’ll be doing in this role?**

As a Community Outreach Nurse - Childcare, you will work directly with early childhood educators, parents, carers and local services to support children aged 0-5 years. This unique role focuses on identifying developmental and health needs early, connecting families to support and creating a strong foundation for lifelong health and wellbeing.

**In this role, you will**:

- Deliver place - based health and wellbeing initiatives in early learning settings
- Conduct developmental screenings and health assessments to identify needs early
- Support families to navigate and access health and allied support services
- Partner with educators to design and implement programs that build healthier, more resilient communities
- Empower parents and carers through education, engagement and guidance

**What we’re looking for**:

- AHPRA Registered Nurse with a passion for child and family health
- Experience working with children and/or vulnerable families
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to person-centred, inclusive care
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence
