- We are looking for a passionate registered nurse who has experience or is interested in working with children from birth to 5 years. This position involves working based in a childcare centre, using an early intervention model to work with carers, educators and parents to identify any health concerns children may have and ensure the children receive the help they need to live their best lives. This is a real opportunity to work with vulnerable children and have an impact on their health and education into the future._

As a community health nurse in childcare you will be involved in undertaking health education, routing screening for developmental delays and hearing, arranging other health services to visit the centre, liaising and referring to other services and supporting families to access services.

**To be successful, you will require;**
- A Bachelor degree in Nursing
- AHPRA Registration
- A current Employee Working with Children Check
- A current Victorian Drivers Licence.
