**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, manage, and edit proposals, tender submissions, expression of interest documents, company profile and capability statements using Word and InDesign for Melbourne office
- Design tender presentations
- Review tenders and submissions for accuracy and consistency
- Assist with maintaining and reviewing tender, submission and presentation design templates
- Liaise with Directors, Principles and Engineers to design, edit, and format reports and PowerPoint presentations
- Ensure LCI brand is utilised in line with guidelines
- Develop and implement plans for growing LCI market presence in coordination with the Business Development Committee
- Assist with the design and maintenance of LCI’s suite of marketing collateral including but not limited to the company profile, capability statements, marketing brochures, presentations, internal collateral, staff CVs and other promotional materials
- Assist in creating and publishing social media content
- Prepare and implement materials supporting lead generation
- Update and maintain knowledge library and image resources
- Other marketing related duties as required
The successful applicant will have:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the building, architecture or engineering industry
- Intermediate to Advanced Skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Previous Social Media content experience (LinkedIn and Instagram)
- Advanced Skills Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Experience in Wordpress (preferred)
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal and including ability to proof and edit content with a high attention to detail.
- Highly organised, diligent and reliable
- Ability to manage and meet multiple non-negotiable deadlines
