Hi, I’m Raz. I’m the HR Manager here at Amart Furniture & I’d like to share with you a bit about this exciting role.

This role is a true HR generalist with a 50:50 split of hands-on business support & project work.

So, who are we? We’re one of Australia’s largest furniture retailers, with 67 stores across Australia. Our team of experts know our products inside & out as we’re committed to helping our customers find their perfect furniture match.

**Here’s what a normal week looks like (if there is such a thing)**:

- Fielding enquiries by phone & management of the HR Mailbox;
- Oversee the onboarding & offboarding process for all our new & existing team members;
- Provide advice & support in relation to Amart policies/procedures, employment/industrial relations, recruitment, training & development & safety to Managers;
- Work with our leaders & provide assistance to manage the Performance Management process end-to-end with the support of the HRM;
- Champion HR policies & procedures;
- Use your creative flair for designing of documents, flyers, posters (InDesign & Illustrator skills are not essential);
- Support with a variety of culture & engagement initiatives; &
- Work with the wider HR team to meet objectives & deliver on commitments.

**What makes an epic HR Officer?**
