Be You Dental is an Accredited, 1 chair dental clinic located in Hampton East (corner of Nepean Hwy & South Rd) located inside Medical One.

We are looking for a new team member as we are expanding, and one of the staff member is going on Maternity Leave.

About the role:

- You will engage with patients and care for them
- You will be responsible for reception and administration duties, which include but not limited to: answering phone calls, booking appointments, taking payments and corresponding with patients.
- Maintain compliance with Practice policies and procedures.
- You will liaise with our 2 dentists to make sure recalls and delay treatment are taken care of
- You will occasionally prepare the surgery and patients for dental treatment (when required) and assist in the sterilization room as needed.

To be considered for this position, you will need to:

- Hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting
- Be computer literate (knowledge of Microsoft is a must & knowledge of D4W is an advantage)
- Good time management with a good work ethic
- Be able to multitask and list to instruction
- Have detail to detail and be able to self-reflect on mistakes, and ask for assistance when needed.
- Be a team player and work efficiently as a team.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
- Contribute to staff meetings, training and development.
- Australian Permanent Resident or Citizenship

Our Office Hours are:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8.45am - 5.15pm
Wednesday 12.15 pm - 6.15pm
Friday 8.45am - 3.15pm

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Qualified Dental Assisting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate III in Dental Assisting (required)
