**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, produce, and manage high-quality content across all social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, popular culture, and trending topics to create timely and relevant content.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and culinary teams to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
- Utilize storytelling to highlight our partnerships with well-known brands and showcase menu items, kitchen processes, and customer experiences.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and actively participate in conversations on various platforms.
- Analyze performance metrics to fine-tune content strategies and maximize engagement and reach.
- Experiment with new content formats and features on social media platforms.
- Attend brand events and ghost kitchen locations to capture live content and behind-the-scenes footage.

**Qualifications**:

- Entry level with ambition.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
- understanding and passion for social media platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong video editing skills and proficiency with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to stay current with social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate real-time content creation and posting.
