Network Development Manager, Core Networking

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience. - 5+ years of relevant engineering experience. - 5+ years people management experience or relevant leadership experience, managing a team of 8+ individual contributors. - 3+ years of past experience with network engineering either as a manager or individual contributor.
- Working knowledge of Optical (DWDM) and Networking (TCP/IP, Routing/Switching & Troubleshooting).
- Experience representing your team/technical area to senior management.
- Experience contributing to the creation and implementation of high quality, high volume recruiting plans.
- Experience presenting root cause analysis and error correction from operational events to senior management.
- Working knowledge and experience of developing operational metrics.
