Regarded as one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Sydney, it boasts floor to ceiling glass with views over the manicured lawns of Chiswick Garden. The menu is designed to be shared, with generous servings, honest flavours and dishes are best passed along tables alive with conversation.

With many ingredients grown outside the window in perhaps the suburb's only kitchen garden, our menu is alive to the seasons, always ripe with elegant simplicity and perfect for sharing. A local favourite, Chiswick is Matt Moran's philosophy of honest produce, artful cooking and warm atmosphere brought to life.

Matt works closely with Head Chef, Taylor Cullen to develop the seasonal menus based on what's growing the garden. An avid supporter of inspirational local and regional producers, he believes the unique stories of growers and farmers makes eating so much more special.

**The Role**

As Assistant Manager your role will involve all of the restaurant essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff, rostering and assisting patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the patron experience is paramount.

Experience working as an Assistant Manager or in some of Sydney’s most reputable hatted or premium casual dining venues will set you up for success.
