**LCA Leichardt are on the hunt for an Assistant Clinic Manager**

As Assistant Clinic Manger you will play a pivotal role in the business and be responsible for championing our specialist advanced skin & laser Therapists to deliver exceptional customer service to our clients whilst driving clinic success through on-going training, ensuring efficient clinic operations and advocating and embodying our vision of ‘Beauty Tailored to You’.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coaching employees to success in sales and the LCA Way
- Developing and fostering a positive, high-performance culture, motivating our valued team members
- Skin, LED, laser, and Skinstitut expert
- Be an advanced skin and laser expert, who is able to upskill others within our team
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients
- Rostering, reporting and day-to-day management of our clinics

**Your Background/ Qualifications**:

- Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- Demonstrated experience as a successful Experienced Therapist
- Previous experience in a fast-paced beauty/ aesthetics environment
- Superior customer service and focus on achieving sales targets
- Advanced Laser and skin treatments experience is desirable
