Company Overview: We are a dynamic logistics start-up located in Cremorne, Victoria offering an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Employee to become a part of our growing team. We're seeking an individual who can take initiative and evolve alongside our company's growth. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately picking and packing products for shipment.
- Completing paperwork with precision.
- Adhering to strict deadlines.
- Accepting and facilitating deliveries.
- Conducting stocktake activities.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment consistently during shifts.
- Standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Restocking packing stations.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in picking, packing, and working within a warehouse environment is essential.
- Proficiency in workplace health and safety (WH&S) practices and compliance.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Strong time management and effective communication skills.
- Possession of a valid forklift license.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Exceptional attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role, ability to lift 25 kg.
- A Certificate in Warehousing would be highly regarded.

Job Details:

- Position: Part-time Warehouse Employee.
- Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Hourly Rate: $35 per hour.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
