- Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, vocational, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
- Work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members.

In this hybrid role you will work across local ADF bases (mainly HMAS Stirling, Garden Island). Your work location will vary between the Acumen office, client site and work from home. Choose from 3 days per week or Full-Time.

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA, AASW)
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work.
- Clinical reasoning and passion to help people rehabilitate
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Ability to work "on-base" 07:30 - 15:30 weekdays
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience is highly desirable or case management in a similar role
