On this growth journey, we’re looking for talented Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists.

**About the role**:
Working as a Rehabilitation Consultant, located in Newcastle, you will support people who have sustained physical injury by assessing their needs and providing effective solutions that sees them safely return to existing or new employment.

**In this role, you will**:
Complete functional capacity evaluations

Conduct assessments including initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomic assessments and activities of daily living

Develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation plans to achieve a recovery at work

Conduct worksite assessments to support short-term and long-term return-to-work goals

**What will make you successful**:
Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ESSA

Clinical experience in the development of rehabilitation plans

Clinical experience in conducting assessments

Excellent time management and organizational skills

An unrelenting passion to help people rehabilitate
